I bought this a month ago to replace my homes refrigerator. Overall I am not ecstatic about this refrigerator: 1. The shelves heights do not adjust as advertised - only one shelf is adjustable and only about 1 at that. 2. The door shelves heights do not adjust at all. 3. There is only one fruit and vegetable drawer. 4. The vegetable drawer does not open very far making it difficult to put and remove items in and from the drawer. 5. The refrigerator section is low requiring one to bend down to put items in and get items out and then you have to be careful not to bump your head on the freezer when you stand up. 6. The doors do not self-close. On the plus side it is very quiet and energy efficient.

Beware Unacceptably poor soul-crushing customer service mostly off-shore call centers reps. Thats the case with LG its logistical i.e delivery pick-up vendor RXO. Entire purchase delivery return experience is worst I have never encountered downright frustrating. The measurement of the fridge cannot be trusted. I wasted inordinate amount of time on the phone with off-shore Customer Support ironically called because I received no support only frustration and consternation who cannot process the most basic of request and follow-through. Stay away

I bought this about a month ago and LG was the place to buy. Not only was the fridge the top rated in its class but LG also shipped it and hauled away my old fridge for free This placed the stainless model through LG as far less expensive than the base model through other sellers.

We bought this a week and we are loving it. The interior is spacious and the exterior is modern looking with a slim design. This refrigerator is labeled Energy Star which we are very pleased with since our old refrigerator was manufactured in 2007. The delivery service was professional and timely.

I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience Ive had with LG regarding their fridge products and services. I purchased three fridges in total and each step of the process has been frustrating. First the in-home delivery and installation services were terrible. The first two fridges I ordered didnt fit in my kitchen area despite the fact that the tech only took measurements. They never even saw the space where the fridge was supposed to go. This could have been avoided with a proper assessment. For the third fridge I was convinced to buy a very small outdated model reminiscent of my grandmas fridge a simple two-door design with a top freezer and optional ice maker. When the installation team arrived they werent even able to install it. To make matters worse on Day 0 I discovered a 3-inch crack on the door making it clear that the product was defective. Its been a week since I reported the issue and I still havent received any communication regarding my refund or credit. The lack of follow-up has only added to my frustration. In summary LGs customer service and product quality have been incredibly disappointing. I would strongly advise against purchasing from LG based on my experience.

I needed a new fridge because the one we had was old and no longer performing well. Even though this is meant for a garage we have it in our small kitchen and its a perfect fit. The stainless steel is a sleek look and we were able to switch the side the door opens. Most importantly the freezer stays ice cold even on the lowest setting. If youre looking for a simple top/bottom refrigerator that performs well Id recommend this one I am a friend of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Perfect garage or workshop fridge. Smaller in height but full depth and spacious. I recieved the stainless door model and its definitely a good looking fridge. From initial plug in it was so quiet I had to check the main fridge compartment to see if it was on. Classic top freezer set up and large main fridge area makes it ideal for a garage or basement location. After I plugged it in it built up cold air circulation in less than two hours. Pretty excited to have a fridge down in the basement because my woodworking shop is also down there. Snacks and of course.....ice cold beers are now steps away. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a simpleyet efficient model.

I love the simplicity and space that this refrigerator has. The wide glass shelves and clean look of the refrigerator is very spacious and allows easy access. While this unit is a garage unit it still looks very nice and it actually feels much larger than it looks. I love that it can withstand a room with warmer or cooler temperatures without fear of whether it will break as a result. The delivery also went really smooth and we had no issues at all. Guys were very polite and really paid attention to not bump walls and corners. Would definitely recommend

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this product Although it isnt a luxury model it exceeded my expectations. 1. Spacious Interior Despite its small exterior the inside is well-organized with separate compartments providing more storage space than expected. 2. Excellent Cooling and Freezing Many small refrigerators have inadequate cooling and freezing functions but this one performs exceptionally well. It also has adjustable cooling settings. 3. Sleek Design The all-stainless steel design is very clean and appealing. I highly recommend this refrigerator for small spaces or as a second fridge
