Damage Policy

Bass Appliance will occasionally receive a damaged appliance. Don’t worry we will take care of you! Whether we replace the damaged part or take something off the price. We will always take care of our customers.

Appliance Return Policy

Once delivered all sales are final. If you cancel an order prior to delivery there will be a restocking fee for cancelling the order.

Parts Return Policy

No returns on special orders. All electronic parts are nonrefundable. No returns on opened or previously installed parts. 10% restocking fee on all in stock items.
