Iâve got a speed Queen washer and dryer from Bass appliance in 2017. A heating element went out in my dryer today and I called for service. One hour later there was a service man here working on my dryer. I think this just phenomenal thank you Bass appliance for such great service. My wife says we will never buy another appliance anywhere else.

Wonderful people, very accommodating and helpful. Mrs. Penny was a joy to work with while we were choosing appliances for our new home. The delivery gentlemen were very courteous and showed us how everything worked. They even took care of registering all of the warranty information so we didn't have to.

Bass Appliance is the place to be for all of your appliance needs! They have been in business for a long time, and their prices beat Lowe's by a long shot. They are so friendly and helpful. They get to the point and their service speaks for itself. Thomas went and changed out my washer and dryer and was so polite and kind. Penny, the owner, is so respectful and is very knowledgeable about her appliances. She helped me find a missing part for my washer, and now it works good as new. I saved so much money using bass appliances! Also, Thomas will come and fix your appliances if needed and the price is not bad at all! 10/10 would recommend. I got my family on board and they love how much money they're saving! Thank you Penny and Thomas!
